The following was written at the time of release:

This album was a very personal endeavor where I fought against myself in different ways. Pushed myself from feeling miserable and making myself uncomfortable enough to do something about it. It was a tough journey, but overall I think it came out pretty well. Not the best for a long shot, but still something I'm proud to finished and have something to show.

I'd like to think of this as a step to recovering a positive and effective life style I once had. A good vent of self-hatred angst. Though I never wanted it to be that way, it was the only way I could express it.

So if you enjoy it, I appreciate it. Or even just listen. Whether I think it's good or not, I like making music and I like showing it people I interact with. It's partially because I'm proud of what I make for the most part, but also how I share myself and show people who i am.
